Responsible for the daily administration of the district center and is required to assist Area Manager/Asst Area Manager in general clerical duties. - To assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports and photographs for Progress Report and Executive Report submissions. - To issue store requisition notes. - To maintain the equipment ledger and office stationery and equipment ledger, office inventory list, file documents and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Requirement - Computer literate (Word & Excel). - Able to communicate in English & Bahasa. - Min. 2 years experience in related field.
