**About the role**:

- Reckitt is on the lookout for Media & Digital Assistant Manager. You will be owning Media Strategy, Planning, Buying and Administration to ensure compliance with marketing and media objectives. We are looking for a strategic planner to drive holistic plans that deliver results. You will work closely with senior management and agency partners to create and evaluate media strategies based on go-to-market strategies, business goals, cost, timing and competitive landscape. The position reports directly to the Media & Digital Manager and is responsible for Malaysia and Singapore. We are seeking for someone who has a point of view, is a team player, and who can step in, harmonize the processes among the different markets and drive strategy.**Your responsibilities**:
In summary, you'll:

- Establish primary media & content strategies that deliver on business objectives
- Lead the management and execution of paid media plans (TV & Digital), ensuring (clearly defined) KPIs are achieved
- Works with several cross functional teams to support marketing initiatives and maximize media investment opportunities (including global team.
- Responsible for managing all media financials, including billing, forecasting and buy authorization process. Own media budget and ensure continuous alignment with Media and Digital Manager and finance department.
- Manages Monthly flowcharts for all mediums (TV, Digital (OLV + Social + Display + Blogger/Influencer), Print, OOH, Radio, etc).
- Guide external agency teams to execute and optimize programs
- Needs to effectively collaborate with brand teams to ensure campaigns and programmes are fully integrated into brand plans, tracking their effectiveness and recommending course changes as required.
- Lead the collection and storage of digital content ensuring compliance and use in house content management system (Veeva Vault)
- Oversee and govern local content that is fit for platform to achieve business goals (Creative X)
- Encourage the sharing of content to raise brand awareness and identify best practice across brands and market.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Bachelors or Masters in Media Sciences or Marketing
- Passion for brands and understanding of how traditional & digital media can contribute to their development short and long term
- Good consumer understanding and the ability to translate it into effective programmes
- 3 to 5 yrs experience in consumer traditional & digital marketing with experience of campaign planning, generating creative work, media planning and buying either at client-side or at an advertising agency
- Experience of managing TV, Radio & Print Campaigns, Website management, Digital Promotions, Lead Generation, eCRM (consumer database management), Media Research, Agency/Vendor Management & Etailing
- Good understanding of media strategy and planning issues
- Experience of large, global brands and multi-market project and programme delivery.
