Has basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Able to check appointment and booking system from time to time
- Good communication skills especially in English
- Know how to do upselling for Spa treatment and product
- Good understanding of the Spa reservation process
- Update daily report
- Provide good quality of customer service and care at all times
- Plus point to have basic knowledge on Spa products and treatments
