**Cafe Supervisor**
- Tasks include:_
- Performing any combination of following duties to assist daily operations of restaurant.
- To be fully conversant with monthly/daily sales performance and assist the staff to ensure maximum results for the business is achieved.
- To ensure all stock & cash/credit card handling procedures are adhered to at all times and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken.
- Ensure team members follow company’s SOPs & compliance.
- Assist in marketing and promotion activities.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Upsell and recommend menu items to customer
- Maintain stock level of all products
- Leading crew members
- Report directly to the Operation Manager and Directors
- Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing roasters and staff costs
- Requirements:

- Min 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.Good communication skill-Own transport
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
Performance bonus

**Education**:
STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
Budget Control: 1 year (preferred)
F&B Management: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification: Food Handling (preferred)

*Able to speak malay and english.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
