- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual Financial Reports.
- Assist in the coding of all invoices/billings and prepare analysis for month end closing.
- Update internal databases with account details.
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts.
- Address payment issues.
- Prepare creditors reconciliation.
- Billings to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as an Account Officer, Account Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in customer service field is a plus.
- Proficient with Client Relationship Systems (CRM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time-management abilities.
