Salesman Executive

Job Description:
- Actively prospect and generate new leads to expand the customer base.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
- Educate customers on the products feature and gather feedback for continuous improvements.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets on a consistent basis.
- Document and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide after-sales services to customers.
- Handle warranty and battery services, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Prepare and review Customer Visit Plan with superior on a monthly and daily basis.
- Submit monthly travelling claims on timely manner based on actual customer visited and actual travelling expenses incurred for official business matters.
- To ensure payment is being collected from customers promptly.
- Adhere strictly to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and marketing guidelines in sales activities
- Sales Executive with Team Responsibilities (in addition to above):
- Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve team targets.
- Monitor the performance of individual team members against set targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales efforts.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team, fostering continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reviews for team members.
- Provide comprehensive reports on team performance, challenges, and areas for improvement to higher management.
- Assist in implementing overall sales and business strategies within the team.
- Address and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a positive working environment.
- Oversee key client relationships and ensure client satisfaction at the team level.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies at the team level.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with other departments for a unified customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualification:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
- Sales: 4 years (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
