Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Testing:Perform routine inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests as required.
Record inspection results and communicate any deviations from specifications to the Quality Assurance team.

Documentation:Maintain accurate and organized records of inspection and testing activities.
Assist in updating quality control documents, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inspection checklists.
Compile and file reports on inspection results and product quality.

Sample Collection:Collect samples from production batches for further analysis and testing.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation of collected samples.

Equipment Calibration and Maintenance:Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and instruments.
Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and is in compliance with quality standards.

Non-Conformance Management:Identify and report non-conformances, defects, and deviations from quality standards.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to investigate and resolve quality issues.

Process Improvement:Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify areas for process improvement.
Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.

Training and Support:Assist in training production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
Provide guidance to production teams on quality-related matters.

Compliance and Regulatory:Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Ensure that products and processes adhere to relevant quality and safety regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with various departments, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality-related issues and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require an associate's degree or relevant certification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate and consistent inspections.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Good communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards process improvement.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards (ISO, FDA regulations, etc.) is a plus.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
