**Summary of Main Job Responsibility**:
- Responsible for preparing food, plating dishes, storing food, maintaining supplies and keeping the cooking area clean and organized.
**Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Frying and cooking the food.
- Cooking food in a timely manner.
- Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
- Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
- Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
- Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Take charge of dining and hall area while the Server’s away.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- STPM/Diploma
- Proven work experience as a Chef/Cook
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
- English & Malay
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to serve and undertake various tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
