**Temporary Job**

**Main Job Scope**: Responsible for all the building MEP facilities and ensure the operations with mínimal interruptions. These facilities include the following systems:
Air-Conditioning Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV)

Fire Fighting System

Building Automation System (BAS)
Cold Water Domestic Pump System

Sewerage System

Lighting & Power socket system

Pest Control Services

**The following are daily job scope**:

- to conduct daily inspections and periodic maintenance as schedule.
to replace / repair all faults / breakdowns and maintain proper records
to ensure cleanliness of all equipment and rooms.
- To attend to emergency calls;
- Ensure that daily readings and/or inspections are carried out for all M&E systems.
- Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly report with equipment status and check list and scheduling of equipment maintenance work are submitted to the company;
- Daily site inspections to ensure that the building is in good state of repair;
- To receive instruction from Manager, BO Chargeman & helpdesk on attending to all complaints regarding building facilities and make necessary arrangement to resolve them;
- To supervise works undertaken by contractor in their routine maintenance and troubleshooting;
- To assist authorities and servicing vendors when inspections are carried out at site;
- To ensure that tenants and visitors are assisted when required;
- Complete task ranging from plumbing, carpentry, minor building repair and other maintenance work;
- To ensure compliance of outsourced workers and/or renovation workers within the building;
- Able to handle general repairs and maintenance work;
- Able to working after office hours & weekend;
- Preparation of event’s hall including chairs, desk & AV system arrangement;
- Any other functions regarding MEP that are being delegated by the Building Manager and Chargeman.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
