Boat Crew Chef

Responsibility Assist the Boat Captain in the overall management of “Lagoon 500” yacht and manage the food and beverage requirements in the Boat. Prepare cuisine and food on board Lagoon 500. Duties 1. Assists the Boat Captain to arrange for yacht to be fueled, and check that all utensils and equipment in the kitchen are in good working condition. 2. Responsible to check on food supplies in the yacht and re-order food supplies including fresh meat and vegetables, drinking water, beverages, snacks, dried foodstuff, condiments etc. Ensure that all items are received in good condition and are kept in the proper places. 3. Conduct regular stock take on all consumable items and remove those which are no longer fresh. 4. Prepare food menu on a weekly and monthly basis. Prepare and cook food upon request by the customers in the yacht. Serve food, drinks and beverage to customers and attend to any other requests by customers. 5. Maintain proper cooking utensils and ensure that the kitchen area is clean at all times. 6. Check and ensure that yacht is clean at all times. 7. Assist the Boat Captain to maintain all equipment in the yacht and conducts regular checks to make sure that they are in good working conditions. Inform the Boat Captain on any damage or malfunction of equipment. 8. Assist the Boat Captain to update the Log book, customers’ records, trips, fuel consumption, repairs and maintenance etc. 9. Attend to any other duties as directed by the Boat Captain or owner from time to time.
