**Technical Leadership**:

- Proven experience in IT solution architecture and design
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
- Review and approve technical designs and code changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies

**Architecture and Design**:

- Collaborate with architects to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ensure that the software architecture aligns with the overall project goals.
- Participate in the creation of technical specifications.

**Coding and Development**:

- Lead by example by actively participating in coding and development tasks.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor and guide team members in implementing best practices.

**Project Management**:

- Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Estimate project timelines and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

**Collaboration**:

- Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, UX/UI, and product management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

**Performance Optimization**:

- Optimize code and database queries for improved system efficiency.

**Code Maintenance and Documentation**:

- Oversee and contribute to the maintenance of existing codebase.
- Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for the codebase.

**Training and Development**:

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and conduct training for team members.
- Stay engaged in professional development and encourage team members to do the same.

**Problem Solving**:

- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the development process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
