**Asset Management**:

- Maintain records of all assets owned by the organization.
- Update asset database with new acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
- Assist in conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records.
- Coordinate with different departments to track asset usage and maintenance schedules.

**Office Supply Management**:

- Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure proper stocking of essential supplies.
- Liaise with vendors to negotiate prices and place orders.

**Office Daily Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

**Management Support**:

- Provide administrative support to management staff as needed.

**Documentation**:

- Create and maintain various documents, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of documents, both physical and digital.
- Retrieve documents as needed and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in document preparation for audits and compliance purposes.

**Event Management**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, such as workshops or seminars.
- Arrange venues, catering, and other logístical details for events.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: RM12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
