Laser Tracker Technician

1) To hold an approval on behalf QA department for the inspection and verification of tools, jigs and fixtures. 2) To perform calibration of jigs, fixtures & associated tooling media using conventional / 3D measurement techniques. 3) Generate calibration / inspection reports and procedures for tooling and aircraft components. 4) Providing fault investigation solutions, through verification methods for aircraft build anomalies using conventional / 3D measuring techniques 5) To carry out aircraft structure alignments and verification using Laser Tracker 3D measuring systems. 6) To read tooling and aircraft drawings and verify that complete or semi complete tools conform to the drawing requirements. 7) To support inspection using manual techniques, inclusive but not limited to rulers, micrometers, vernier, slip blocks and pins. 8) To work with verbal instruction/sketches when drawings are not available. 9) To control and monitor tooling quality section. 10) Any other duties as assigned by Tooling Leader / Engineers
