**Position**:

- Debt Collector / Recovery Officer

**Location**:

- Subang Jaya

**Working day**:

- 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

**Salary**:

- RM1700 - RM3000

**Job Summary**:

- 1. Deliver excellent customer experience (Via all communication channels.)
- 2. Handle inquires from customer with regards to collection.
- 3. Conceptualize business strategy and improvisation of Collection workflow.
- 4. Identify efficient way to enable excellent collection.
- 5. Actively assist in leading, organizing, motivating, and coordinating day to day workflow activities of team members together with respective managers/leads
- 6. Perform any ad-hoc duties required by supervisor.
- 7. Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- 8. Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- 9. Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
- 10. Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- 11. Handle questions.
- 12. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- 13. Create trust relationships with debtors, when possible, to avoid future issues.
- 14. Update account status and database regularly
- 15. Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary.
- 16. Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
- 17. Training and on-boarding new call center agent
- 18. Status report final collection.

**Job Requirements**:

- Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry-level based on your previous experience)
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication skills in English & Malay language for both spoken and written
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate teamwork all the time
- Open for Malaysian only

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
