IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Resolving and answering employee requests and questions regarding computer systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Knowledge in networking or server administration will be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
