Receptionist Legal Clerk

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and direct incoming phone calls, attend walk-in clients
- Receive and sort incoming letters and deliveries etc. and distribute them
- Schedule client appointments and meetings
- Monitor office supplies and inventory
- To provide general administrative support and to perform ad-hoc duties when required
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
- No experience/at least 1 year experience (preferred)
- Fluent in BM & English (both written and spoken). Ability to speak in Mandarin & Hokkien are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excel in Microsoft Office Suite
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per year
