Storekeeper

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Oversee daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels.

2. Ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.

3. Ordering and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

4. Checking Delivery Orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

5. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

6. To maintain the neatness and tidiness of the storehouse.

7. To oversee and manage warehouse inventory System

8. Maintain meticulous records of incoming and outgoing materials and products. Conduct monthly inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies.

9. Ensure stocks are kept and arranged in orderly at the designated shelf and area.

10. To perform duties assigned by superior & be able to complete independently

11. Work closely with purchasing and production to work out the best production planning.

12. To records and issue the Good Received Noted (GRN) to report the arrival of raw materials.

13. To inspect the inventory and maintain paperwork and documents.

14. Monitor the status of orders from Purchasing and ensure accuracy on deliveries against lead time.

15. To manage stock accuracy and ensure the physical stock tally with system. Reports any discrepancies in inventory records to head of department

16. To Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. 4 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control,

2. Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift

3. Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management

6. Highly motivated team player with great initiative, interpersonal skills.

7. Competency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory software.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
