Conducting comprehensive vision examinations and primary vision evaluations
- Prescribing and fitting eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids including refracting paediatrics, assessing binocular vision disorders, and providing vision therapy
- Providing expert advice, guidance, and education to clients regarding eyewear selection, lens options, contact lens care, and proper eye care practices.
- Fitting contact lenses, semi-hard lenses, and orthokeratology (added advantage)
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to paediatric eye care.
- Perform pre and post eye examination, evaluation and patient care.
- Striving to achieve sales goal and objectives.
- Providing high quality optometric or vision care services to clients including effective consultation that can change clients’ perspective in eyecare and vision issues.
- Delivering high-quality customer services including assisting clients in resolving vision-related issues or complaints, addressing concerns, offering appropriate solutions, discuss and negotiate with clients, close the deal, and follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and build relationship.
- Maintaining relationship with customer.
- Participating in any program/events conduct by the company such as eye screening and eye care talks.
- Maintaining accurate and organized patient records, documenting diagnoses, treatments and prescriptions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
