**Job Summary**:
The Outlet Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our outlet. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.

The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective performance within the outlet, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing a team of staff members.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Leadership**: Supervise and lead a team of outlet staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure a positive work environment.

**2. Operational Oversight**: Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, cleanliness, and overall outlet appearance, to meet organizational standards.

**3. Customer Service**: Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered by the team, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

**4. Staff Training**: Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

**5.** **Performance Evaluation**: Evaluate the performance of outlet staff, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance.

**6. Inventory Control**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, track product expiration dates, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.

**7.** **Sales and Targets**: Work towards achieving sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

**8. Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.

**9. Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the outlet, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial principles.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
