2. Calculating and preparing invoices for customers based on agreed-upon rates and services provided.
3. Resolving any billing discrepancies or issues with customers or internal departments.
4. Maintaining accurate records of billing transactions and ensuring proper documentation.
5. Coordinating with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure timely and accurate billing.
6. Assisting with financial reporting and analysis related to billing activities.
7. Following up on outstanding payments and managing accounts receivable.
8. Providing excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and resolving customer concerns. if needed

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
