Airport Partnerships

**Engage with airports and government stakeholders to negotiate for incentive schemes such as discounts on airport or terminal usage charges, as well as marketing support**
- **Assist with the department’s annual budgeting processes**
- **Track, analyse, and communicate key metrics to internal and external stakeholders**
- **Support Manager, Airport Partnerships & Incentives in preparing presentations and supporting data for negotiations**
- **Prepare incentive forecasts and monthly incentives tracking reports for the AirAsia Group**
- **Maintain Airport Incentives database**
- **Review of contracts**

**What are we looking for?**

**Must have**:

- **Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with the team, senior management, and respective stakeholders both internally and externally**
- **Excellent command of written and spoken English**
- **Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data**
- **Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines**
- **Keen attention to detail**
- **Strong drive to achieve results and a winning mentality**
- **Self-starter, analytical thinker with good numerical accuracy and excellent problem-solving skills**
- **Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills are mandatory**
- **Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ work experience**

**Good to have**:

- **Proven track record of building and executing partnerships**
- **Strong negotiation skills**
- **Legal background/experience in contract review**
- **Airline/airport related work experience will be an added advantage**
