Bakita Resources was registered on 26 April 2006 and later incorporated as Bakita Sdn. Bhd. on 8 December 2022. Currently, Bakita Sdn. Bhd. operates under the brand name Pikalula. Pikalula was created to make parenting easy. It began with the sale of soft sole hand-crafted baby booties and has now expanded into new territories. Our latest product is Pikalula Nappy Bags, innovative odour-neutralizing disposable bags. At Pikalula, our mission is to make parenting easy so that parents can find joy in nurturing and raising their little ones. We firmly believe that happy parents raise happy kids. Our goal is to alleviate parents' mental load by anticipating challenges and providing convenient, sustainable, and affordable solutions.
**Business Administration Executive Job Summary**
Join our dynamic team as a Business Administration Executive and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. We are seeking a dedicated professional who thrives in an administrative capacity and is committed to contributing to the overall success of our organization.
**Business Administration Intern Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Manage packing and order fulfilment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on products upon receiving from suppliers to ensure conformity with established standards.
- Manage and control office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist in various business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking and reconciliation.
- Assist in basic human resources activities, such as onboarding and record-keeping.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate interdepartmental communication.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry and filing.
**Business Administration Intern Requirements**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
