- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and maintain documents, records, and other relevant information.
- Ensure timely distribution of documents to the appropriate personnel and maintain a centralized filing system.
- Ensure all documents adhere to company standards, naming conventions, and formatting requirements.
- Track revisions and updates to documents, maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date record.

**Requirement & Qualifications**:

- Female
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent / SPM with work experience
- Good to multitask and prioritize daily workloads effectively.
- Good communication skills, good time management and able to work under pressure, efficient,detail-oriented, responsible, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good in written and spoken English & Bahasa Melayu
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
