Maintenance Records Officer

**DUTIES**

Perform the functions of maintaining up-to-date and accurate record of aircraft maintenance and operation, and provisioning of required record/report or information on aircraft or component.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform filing of record of maintenance of aircraft/components in the applicable systems, such as: aircraft check/maintenance (including all task requirement), component changes, modification (AD/SB) on aircraft/engine and components, life components change in relevant Logbook and CAFAM System.
- Recording completion of Job Order with scanning and filing in Prima Air Operation Drive. Maintain an efficient system of filing and archiving and retrieval of all maintenance record/document.
- Maintain a check system to ensure all work involving recording and updating of aircraft maintenance record are properly performed.
- Prepare and raise Workshop Work Order which include Routine maintenance check such as battery and tire workshop and components/parts for repair.
- Create component Serial Number and Position on repaired components/parts which nil serial number. Serial Number is record based on running number in CAFAM System.
- Check system call-out file of the respective aircraft components and action on any task not timely or correctly updated, or other discrepancy.
- Liaise with Purchaser, Store Officer and Tool Crib Officer for availability of spares and tooling for the performance of aircraft maintenance work.
- Determine Workshop task man-hours to ensure task can be done within the allocated downtime. Conduct review meeting with participation of HAM, LAEs and Stores Officer.
- Perform the function of Production Planning before aircraft entry for schedule maintenance inspection. Liaise with MSM and purchaser regarding availability of spares, material, tools, and equipment. Update task hour extracted from CAFAM system.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or Diploma or certificate in aircraft maintenance (Avionic/mechanical) or aeronautic engineering or equivalent. Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply
- Advantage for those have experience in Maintenance Record or Technical Record in CAMO department.
- Advantage for those experience or knowledge in CAFAM system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
