We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Cafe Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our bustling cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are maintained at all times. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations during all shifts.
- Train and onboard new employees, providing guidance on cafe policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, ingredients, and equipment as needed to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and food handling procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed guest expectations and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities, special events, and menu offerings to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to cafe staff, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.
- Knowledge of cafe operations, including food and beverage preparation, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling procedures.Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to the food service industry.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
