Assistant Puchaser

1. Assist the Project Procurement & Administration Manager for planning, sourcing and liaising with all the existing / new suppliers, installers and subcontractors for supplying of materials and services. 2. Work closely with Commercial Department (QS) on procurement schedule, material specification and samples submission. 3. Monitoring of suppliers, installers and subcontractors' on time delivery, material / products quality and performance. 4. To source, procure / purchase and negotiate with suppliers, installers & subcontractors for best pricing and terms of delivery or installation. 5. To monitor and verify the issuance of purchase orders and / or letters of award for all the trades. 6. Inventory control and checking for all site equipment & tools, unused material & etc that are kept in the warehouse.
