**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Participate in company’s strategic planning.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Create detailed plans for content creation to target key customer segments.
- Public Speaking / Run effective meetings on market strategy.
- Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to date content.
- Learn thoroughly the sales/client acquisition process.
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities.
- Manage customer service and accounts with clients.
- Develop and execute innovative customer service and sales strategies.
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
- Positively engage with the public and motivate them to support our clients on a long-term monthly basis.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Possess good teamwork and networking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching ability, working in a highly team-based environment.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Able to understand a client's objective and design solutions to meet objectives.
- Keen interest in digitalization and current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Additional Details**:

- Location: Setia Alam
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Internship Duration Duration: 6 months, possible for conversion
