**Job Descriptions**:

- To handle all Accounting and Credit Control tasks according to accounting standard and requirements.
- Monitoring and handling of accounts receivable and payable for the company.
- Develop and monitor a credit control system in collaboration with Marketing & Leasing and Finance Departments.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payments (rental and utilities) - issuing of Reminder Letter, Letter of Demand, Official Receipts, and etc.
- Improve rental collection processes and reduce bad debts.
- Respond to inquiries from tenant and head quarter.
- To deposit all cash collected according to company’s SOPs.
- Prepare daily and monthly job report on time.
- To perform other job related tasks as and when required.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies with some working experience in accounting field.
- **Fresh graduates** also are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
