**Job Description**:

- Generate insightful analysis of each direct cost from the supply chain flow such as labour productivity, repair volume, raw material usage, transportation, and plant cost to support decision making and identify cost saving opportunities.
- Business Partnering with the Supply Chain team to develop short term and long-range plans to improve business profitability.
- Business Partnering with HR team to evaluate the best option in labour cost optimization.
- Support the planning and development of business case, including the preparation of financial modelling for new projects and measuring returns through post investment reviews.
- Develop Power BI dashboard to review business KPIs and keep track of actual performance, highlight trends, and recommend action for improvement.
- Deliver the analysis reporting of Inventory (Pallets) and advice on the impact on the business
- Work with commercial team (Supply chain & Sales) to understand the root cause of stock variance
- Develop improvement plan with commercial team to protect any further variance
- Provide commentary on direct costs performance for monthly FLASH report preparation.
- Review direct costs during month end closing and prepare the necessary journal for accruals, reclassification, and reversal.
- Ensure raw materials are consumed and captured in P&L on weekly basis for all service centers
- Prepare monthly operating scorecard and supply chain presentation slides.
- Review the accuracy of Purchase Order as well as Purchase Requisition Form and clearing of GRNI account.
- Manage direct costs to ensure spending are within the budget.
- Responsible for managing the direct costs quarterly forecast & annual budgeting.
- Support FP&A team in the development of 5-year plan and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities in the supply chain flow.
- Drive a high quality, insightful and accurate direct costs forecast and provide insightful variance analysis on the actual result, including actions taken to mitigate the forecast variances.
- Prepare cash flow projection for payment to suppliers to optimize working capital for month-end / quarter-end cut-off.
