**Responsibility**
- To organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Assist the Managing Director in business development, management planning and other related tasks including liaison with clients and key business partners.
- Organizing and attending meetings - ensuring managers are well prepared for meetings, minute/note taking, producing letters/documents. From meeting outcomes and managing resolutions through to successful completion.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports and other documents for senior staff
- Producing/updating documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 2 months
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
