**Main Responsibilities**
- Review and upkeep current filing system.
- Support & maintain smooth functioning of service desk, follow-up on incidents/issues, hardware replacement & preventive maintenance.
- Monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks of the organisation.
- To help in work-flow design related to ERP system needs.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by immediate superior.

**Competency Requirement Education**
- Minimum Higher Diploma or equivalent

**Training**
- IT related Infrastructure & security

**Skill**
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team player who is able to set priorities and works within deadlines.

**Working Experience**
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in similar industry
- Experience in ERP implementation, would be an advantage.

**Salary**: RM1,840.16 - RM4,835.27 per month
