5 執行文書任務和行政職責,例如歸檔、掃描、資料輸入、記錄保存、電子郵件、接聽電話等
6 更新主會計 (Biro) 系統上的 BMR
7 有緊迫感,能夠就原料和包裝材料問題與多個部門保持聯繫。
8 更新每日配藥報告及BMR配藥報告
9 註冊新訂單
10 根據庫存列印標籤
11 履行上級不時指派的任何其他職責。
