JOB TASK
- Follow Department policies and best practices, SOPs, do's & don'ts including safety policies
- Stand near or at the door of the hotel to greet, greet and direct guests to the front desk, restaurant or other area if the building.
- Familiarize yourself with all hotel products-rooms, banquet halls, F&B and facilities
- Aware of daily hotel functions, group and VIP arrivals or departures-notes and preferences
- Provided accurate direction, information and guidelines of internal and external product knowledge as well as service requests such as transportation., venue and others
- Escort guests after check-in to the room. Rooming guests about the hotel and room features, facilities and emergency procedures. Upsell hotel services
- Get to know regular/return guests, VIPs, Hotel board directions and other hotel partners or resources
- Keep the lobby, porch, hotel entrance, bell counter, as well as department equipment clean and tidy at all times
- Luggage assistance-perform luggage deliveries to and from guest rooms and storage. Any luggage assistant to proper tag
- Responsible for wheelchair and umbrella loans. Record any loan of goods by guests
- Special needs assistance to hotel guests with physical disabilities, assist to transport guests to their rooms or other areas around the hotel
- Make delivery to the guest room or department. Help with the Wake-up call services
- Identify and report safety hazards to superiors and security
- Attend daily briefings at set times and trainings
- Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the superior

REQUIREMENT
- Graduates with at least a Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality studies
- Preferred at least 1 year of experience in the same roles within the event company/hotel industry
- Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Calm, efficient, and organized behavior
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, internet and IDB PMS System
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest Service
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, multi-tasking and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic HR Management Systems, and Microsoft Office, internal ordering systems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, speaking and writing (Mandarin speaking is a plus point)
