Sales Advisor

Provide counselling and product knowledge development for junior team members.
- Manage the sales team effectively.
- Conduct daily tools box meetings.
- Report weekly operations to the supervisor.
- Main responsibilities include:

- 1. Offering comprehensive product information to customers.
- 2. Demonstrating exceptional customer care and delivering high-level customer service.
- 3. Utilizing active listening skills to identify customer needs.
- 4. Confidently making and closing sales.
- 5. Understanding the significance of best-selling products and highlighting key features.
- 6. Actively monitor the sales team, provide feedback, and offer regular coaching on the above tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of Diploma, Certificate, STPM, or SPM.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- **Familiarity with computer systems.**:

- **Availability to work 6 days a week.**:

- **Must able to work in Kepong.**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:
