**Job summary**:
This role will support in driving the business by building the functional capability of teams across all sales channels by focusing on commerciality, brand and product knowledge and building a service, development and leadership culture that keeps our consumer as our primary focus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct trainings for all business channels and consumer facing teams aligned with Skechers Sales Academy objectives and deliverables, including ensure Skechers retail competencies, seasonal product launches, Service and selling, consumer experience, capability and other regional and local sales academy programs.
- Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, mentoring, on the job training, classes, etc)
- Ensure that all trainings implemented are business relevant, consumer-centric and aligned with global/regional/local sales and business strategy.
- Organize and ensure availability of relevant training materials for all teams for all sales channels.
- Ensure that learning modules are completed with high activity & engagement rate as per the target set.
- Evaluate trainings to ensure that the knowledge received is transferred into measurable performance and report training evaluation data.
- Achieve training KPI in People-development, Customer satisfactions, Training hours, Total participants trained, Impact to sales, etc.
- Support and train key channel partners to build the team functional capabilities
- Enable store managers and operation team members to train, develop and coach their staff members.
- Develop, establish and manage the Skechers Sales Academy monthly, quarterly, and yearly calendars in coordination with global/regional/local requirements and marketing calendars
- Collaborate with training counterparts to achieve the Regional and Local Sales Academy objectives and deliverables.
- Review training materials received from global/regional and adapt the training content to meet local requirements while maintaining the learning objectives to ensure consistent delivery.

**Job Requirement**:

- University degree or equivalent
- Advanced user of MS-office
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a multinational organization preferably in retail or in a learning role with operations background.
- Able to interact effectively with large group, classroom training and virtual training; specialized in product training and field training
- Enthusiastic with strong work ethic with flexible approach
- Consumer-centric, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong team player with an international mindset
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel for training follow up, store audit, in store training etc.
