**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, replacing filters, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
- Follow checklist to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas.
- Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
- Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning and always used seat cover, steering cover and fender cover.
- Repairing job must be within time frame (promise time) indicated in job sheet and if delay should inform service advisor in advance for promise time revision with customer.
- Keep workshop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Keep each bay clean (5S) and an individual tools cabinet clean and tidy.
