Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques under the guidance of the Chef de Partie to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the Chef de Partie.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.
- Contribute to menu planning and development by providing feedback and suggestions based on your culinary expertise.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
