**Warehouse Specialist /Production Specialist /Data Collection Specialist (Hiring for 3 positions)**

**Warehouse Specialist**:
**Responsibilities**:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and ensure proper storage and organization of products and materials in the warehouse.

Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying the accuracy of orders, inspecting goods for damage, and preparing shipping documents.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to coordinate warehouse activities and meet operational goals.

**Production Specialist**:
**Responsibilities**:
Production Planning: Collaborate with production managers to create production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of production orders.

Production Planning tracking: Collaborate with Planning Team and Head of Department to ensure production align with the Plan to achieve targeted On-Time-Delivery.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain production records, generate reports on production performance and efficiency, and provide insights to management for decision-making.

**Data Collection Specialist**:
**Responsibilities**:
Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, both internal and external, using established methods and tools.

Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data by conducting quality checks, resolving discrepancies, and addressing any data-related issues.

Data Entry and Organization: Enter collected data into databases or other data management systems and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and analysis.

Data Cleaning and Analysis: Clean and preprocess data to ensure consistency and accuracy, and perform basic analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

**Qualifications**:
Form 5 graduated or equivalent, additional relevant certifications or training will be a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience in using MS Office Software such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Fresh Grades and those who wanted a change in career path change are welcome to apply

Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and production processes is an advantage.
