Site Supervisor Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Site Supervisor in managing **daily operations** across multiple properties.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and repairs.
- Handle the **handover of keys** to new tenants or owners and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Address and resolve issues related to property maintenance, including **fixing and repairing house equipment**.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance needs.
- Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts with tenants or contractors.
- **Support the Site Supervisor** in scheduling and planning maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Own Transport** (Car, Motor)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in **Bahasa Malaysia and English**; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

**Working Hours**:

- **6 days a week**, **12:00 PM to 9:00 PM**, with a **1-hour break**.
