Work and coordinate with an event supervisor/planner
- Assist in decorating and setting up venues for events and functions
- Pre-preparation work for events
- Unload equipment from the vehicle, including balloons, foamboards, helium tanks etc
- Pack up equipment when events ended
- Review office inventory
- Brainstorm new ideas and improvements to be made
- Create new balloon product packages
- Manage enquiries and orders
- Ensure that all room and event setups and dismantle are completed
- General light cleaning including, but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting furniture and ledges, cleaning windows, emptying trash and other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Maintain facilities and equipment in good operating condition.
- General basic maintenance of facilities including, but not limited to: basic, simple repairs, equipment assembly, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Moving boxes, equipment, furniture etc. into or out of storage.
- Report all facility or equipment problems to the supervisor.
- Attend any scheduled meetings and training sessions.
- Dependability

- Positive image and tidy appearance.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.

- Willingness to work and learn
- Willing to learn new task from different division (For future promotion purpose) - Eg. Social Media Marketing, simple text designs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM400.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
