**POSITION**: Operation Assistant
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum SPM.
- Minimum one (1) year working experiences in warehouse would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on handling MHE (Forklift & Reach truck).
- Hardworking and able to work as a team.
- Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
**JOB SCOPE**:
- Performing the Physical Good Receive, Picking, Inventory stock count, and general duties
- Perform the Physical Good Receive and Good Received in system in 24 hour.
- Generate Pick List, prepare delivery documents (Delivery Order, Invoices for Custom purpose) and sending POD to customer on time.
- Generate Cycle Count List and perform physical Inventory stock count.
- Verifying goods physical in good condition and to ensure all document are correct
- Documentation filling.
- Report if any physical damage or discrepancy upon received.
- Perform palletizing and break bulk if require.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Data Entry: 1 year (preferred)
