**JOB PURPOSE**: Responsible for the smooth operations of the Finance Department covering the Account Payable, Account Receivable, Staff Reimbursements and other payable functions.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Perform basic book keeping and accounting entries, assist in data entry, issue payment vouchers.
- Ensuring all issues pertaining to supplier invoices/progress claim are processed and resolved so that all invoices/progress claim are captured by each month-end, preparing payment to suppliers/contractor, and assisting in the month-end accounts closing activities.
- Organize and manage the safe keeping of documents, records and maintain an organized filing for effective data retrieving
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cashflow. Check daily bank balance (transaction/collection).
- Liaising with tax agents and auditor upon request.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- A recognized degree in accounting and/or professional qualification (e.g. ACCA).
- Minimum two years of full-time professional work experience in Construction and Property Development:

- Knowledge of accounting standards and Accounting Software - Biztrak Accounting System.
- Skills in Microsoft Office - Excel (Intermediates), Word, PowerPoint..
- Possess good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
