Automation Designer

**Requirements:

- **
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- At least 6-15 years working experience in automation design, If have experience in CNC machinery will be added advantage.
- MUST have experience in designing related to machinery by using CAD, SolidWorks etc.
- MUST be able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin.
- Possess good communication skills with internal stakeholders and external clients’ requirements.
- Possess own transport, able to travel to sites if required.

**Job Descriptions:

- **
- To design machines, part, fixture and jig using CAD designing tool, especially SolidWorks.
- To translate customer's requirements into design specification, evaluate design feasibility and provide technical expertise to meet customer's requirements.
- To involve in Customer-based Project, prepare machine design, costing and proposal to meet customer's requirements.
- To prepare and release of Bill of Materials (BOM)
- To pneumatic diagram designing
- To collaborate with production on machine modification
- To do module alignment and tuning
- To conduct other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time

- Bachelor's (required)

- Automation design: 10 years (required)

**Language**:

- English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving license (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
