**Service Crew / Waiter & Waitress**

Providing excellent waitress service to ensure satisfaction.

Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.

Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.

Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.

Stay up to date on any menu changes and daily specials.

Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

Deliver checks and collect bill payments.

Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas.

Refill ice bins as necessary.

Experience in preparing simple beverages.

Able to report for duty punctually, wearing a correct and clean uniform and name badge at all times.

Familiar with the POS terminal system.

Print closing report and tally the settlements for the day with the batch closing report from the POS system.

**Experiences and Qualification**:

- Possess SPM or equivalent F&B Certification
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to join
- Malaysian preferred, or workers with permit
- **Proficient in Bahasa and English language**:

- Excellent personal skills with a friendly attitude
- Great communication skills and approachable manner
- Able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday
- Working experience in the F&B industry is a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taman Tun Dr Ismail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Food service: 1 year (preferred)
