Responsibilities:

- Assist our internal team in scheduling / procurement / planning of assigned production material
- Support in certain assigned project.
- Follow-up of orders and providers’ performances.
- Follow-up of invoices: payment method and term.
- Continuous monitoring of providers’ position (financially).
- Improving purchasing processes
- Preparing orders.
- Handle daily procurement documents
- Other ad-hoc duties as per required from times to times
