Visual Inspector

Responsible for final packing, update UTA paperwork and send lots (shipment) to Boxstock. Perform Camstar system transaction for lot in KGD Pack and SPC data entry. Work overtime during offday to meet shipment deadlines Perform other Operations such: Incoming wafer Inspection, Wafer Mounting, Die Sawing (Disco), Pick/Place for manual pick/place. Perform 3rd optical inspection on Surftape Reel using high power scope (50x and 100x). Perform vision inspection on Surftape Reel (TT1-1000 and DRIR02000). Packing and Labelling on Vacuum Bag and Box Packing. Basic understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. SPC and Aspect Entry knowledge and monitoring system. Requirement: Diploma/Certificate in related field. Has at least 2 years relevant working experiences. Inspection experience on wafer or chip. Able to stand long hours performing inspection under high power scope 50x. Contract position renewable base on performance Willing to work as 12-hour shift (3-4-4-3). Willing to work OT
