We have formed three major segments, which are, **TCM Medical Treatment, TCM Recreation, and Health Care Products Retailing**, gradually building a TCM health industry chain to deliver fresh blood into the industry continuously. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide consultation and advisory to clients.
- Perform the prescribed Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment services to customers
- Manage customer relationship, ensure customer satisfaction
- Undertake any ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the Physician.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma/ Degree in Physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine or similar relevant field.
- Fresh graduate and current practitioners are welcome.
- Demonstrate compassion, possess knowledge of laws and regulations, and a passionate in alternative medicine.
- Maintain and follow standard quality, safety, environmental and cleanliness of treatment room.
- To maintain high-quality contact and build good, lasting relationship with customers
- Educate patients and handle customers' requests and enquiries when necessary
- Flexibility, adaptability and able to multitask on all work that has been assigned
- Multi races are encouraged to apply

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM1,800 - RM3,200 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits (Annual Leaves, Transport Allowance, Overtime Pay, Commission, Incentive, Training Opportunities, Staff Discount, Medical)

**OPERATIONS HOUR**:
10.00am-7.00pm, 6 days per week

(1 day off between Monday-Friday)

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Nexus Bangsar South No. 7, Jalan Kerinchi 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
