**Job Descriptions**
- Responsible on the entire planning, monitoring and executing of various processes and procedures of University at the branch level.
- Ensure the thorough communication from HQ to branch has been communicated very well in order to ensure the standard in every processes.
- Oversee and manage the student development and academic progress and take charge on issues encounter by the students.
- Managing the staff at the branch level.

**Job Requirements**
- PhD in any field.
- More than 5 years working experience with Higher Education Institution (IPTA/IPTS). Experience in Management will be an added advantage.
- Proactive and lateral thinking in management of various issues and solve it in an accordance to standard processes and procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in representing the University at the branch level; and communicate with the HQ.
- Good integrity, team player and high motivation to bring the University at the good reputation.
- Willing to be based in Melaka.
