Seremban, Malaysia Va Builders Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise and attend meetings with clients, sub-contractors & relevant authorities.
- Prepare sample boards, presentation material & presentation skills.
- Carry out design concepts and details,3D perspectives, layout plans and knowledge in residential and commercial projects.
- Involve in Site Measurement, Layout Plan, Selection of Material used.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties / task when requested by management Independent and punctual.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3DMax etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is required.

Willing to travel.
