**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Building brand awareness and promoting products by creating content
- Create engaging content, including articles, videos, and graphics
- Write, edit and publish engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
- Do daily IG live and Tiktok live
- Manage content calendars for consistent and timely delivery.
- Schedule the social media postings
- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to fully understand the product and campaign plans
- Works well with other department to develop social media timelines with new product releases, ad campaigns and etc
- Create mood boards to present the ideas
- Respond to questions and comment on social media pages in a timely with accurate manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve skills.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities and audience preferences to ensure content is always fresh and relevant

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
